The Night Watchman

If our subconscious mind (long term memory) has an opposing view to what we are endeavouring to create consciously, then it's never going to happen because the conscious mind may have been convinced it's 'green for go' but the subconscious is still on amber or worse still is 'red for stop'. What then happens is doubt creeps back into the conscious mind, when the new reality is not being experienced in accordance with the time conditions we've placed upon it!

So we must become The Night Watchman. We must not only work at our loving affirmations consciously, we must also reprogramme subconsciously.

The Pineal gland in the brain is hooked up to the iris of the eye via the hypothalamus gland. In daylight, the photoreceptors in the eye are 'read' by the hypothalamus (brain's control centre) and this secretes chemicals (neurotransmitters) that cause the Pineal to produce Serotonin; which wakes us up and keeps us conscious. At night, the absence of light causes the control centre to 'trigger' the conversion of Serotonin into Melatonin, which prepares the body for sleep and takes us sub(below)conscious.

DAYTIME - SEROTONIN - CONSCIOUS

NIGHTTIME - MELATONIN - SUBCONSCIOUS

So how do we reprogramme the subconscious if we are asleep? We need to change the brain chemistry and yet remain conscious enough to repeat those loving affirmations that describe the new programme. This can be done at anytime but is obviously best done last thing at night and/or first thing in the morning, whilst Melatonin is still present in the brain (before light enters the iris of the eye).

For more detailed information on this process, I recommend Ramtha’s CD, “Create Your DaySM” or attending Ramtha’s school to learn the techniques of the List and Twilight®.

With our eyes closed we repeat and watch our statements in our mind. We become intently involved in the reality our statements represent to us and we naturally fall asleep. In the morning, if we have created the space, we can once again repeat the process. At intervals during the daytime, we consciously confirm the process, and over time the conscious and subconscious minds start to talk the same language.

God can only give you what you want if you are a 'united front' when you ask for it. Please also understand that a dream firmly placed on your timeline, will only come out of the tunnel, so to speak, when you are ready to experience it.

At the moment, in your life, the thoughts that are manifesting for you are the ones you are having now, that are not opposed by your subconscious mind. So you are creating your reality whether you are conscious of it or not. You are indeed the truth!

The statement "I am the truth, the way and the life (light)" by Jesus the Christ, was a personal realisation on his part; and it is for us all to eventually come to the same realisation. I am ONE with Jesus and my God and everybody else for that matter...

Just recently I caught myself saying to someone else "you never know what might happen!" What a powerless, uninspiring statement that was and is. How can I ever know and consciously create my reality if my subconscious is programmed with such rubbish? And then I consciously confirm it into being! So I had to reprogramme my subconscious and vow never to utter such stupid words again.

Do you now see how subtle it can be and why we are so utterly powerless at times? A Masterful person is one that creates reality, consciously. In other words, they intervene in this scientific process; consciously focusing upon what it is they want to create, and at the same time, ensuring their subconscious is speaking the same language by employing The Night Watchman.
